- Orders placed with incorrect address provided by the customer
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
4. Wrong Item Received
If we delivered the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the error is ours (wrong item, defective item), we cover return shipping.
- If customers request a return for other reasons, they are responsible for return shipping fees.
