To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate for all domestic orders:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 * This fee is applied at checkout. There are no hidden processing fees or unexpected taxes added to your shipping cost.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your order is processed and delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 11 Business Days.

3. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We partner with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Territory

LuxePouch currently only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your delivery address is a valid physical address within the USA.

5. Address Corrections

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@luxeepouch.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to redirect the package.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact our support team immediately at support@luxeepouch.shop. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund for you.
